“Hi, I’m Grace. I’m here to make getting started at TheraSuites as easy as possible. If you have general questions or are not sure where to begin, I’m happy to point you in the right direction.”
You don’t need to have it all figured out to start. Browse independent therapist profiles yourself, or ask Grace to help narrow the options for you, your relationship, your child, or your family.
Choose a therapist yourself, or give Grace a few practical preferences and let the office help with the first connection.
Browse therapist profiles, or begin with Grace’s client form.
Compare profiles yourself, or receive a shorter list based on insurance, format, and scheduling.
Contact a therapist directly, or let Grace pass your request to a possible match.
The independent therapist follows up about fit, current availability, and next steps.
Explore each therapist’s approach, areas of focus, insurance information, appointment options, and independent practice.
A new place can feel easier when it already looks familiar. Preview the entrance, reception area, hallway, and therapy rooms so you can recognize where you are going before your appointment.
A community of independent therapists who believe you deserve to feel safe the moment you walk in the door.
Michelle Zapotoski · Founder & Owner · Licensed Professional Counselor
I started TheraSuites because I wanted to create a collaborative, professional environment where clinicians can grow their private practices without feeling like they’re doing it alone.
I also wanted to build a community where mental health professionals support one another, develop strong referral relationships, and collaborate instead of competing for clients. Beyond providing office space, TheraSuites is designed to foster connection through workshops, consultation opportunities, and shared learning.
Ultimately, my goal is to empower clinicians to build thriving practices while strengthening the mental health community as a whole.
TheraSuites is creating an accessible, highly skilled space that normalizes caring for mental health.
Clinicians can support one another, build referral relationships, and share what they learn.
Independent therapists can grow their practices without feeling like they have to do everything alone.
Workshops, consultation opportunities, and shared learning help clinicians build stronger practices.
Bringing independent therapists together makes it easier for clients to find skilled mental health care in one place.
Browse independently or let Grace help you find the right place to start.
Explore therapist profiles yourself, or ask Grace to help you take the next step.
Use a broad support area to make the list easier to scan, then open any profile to learn more.

“Hi, I’m Grace. I’m here to make getting started at TheraSuites as easy as possible. If you have general questions or are not sure where to begin, I’m happy to point you in the right direction.”
You do not need to know exactly what kind of therapist you are looking for. Share a few practical preferences, and Grace can pass your request to a therapist who may be a good fit.
Tell Grace what matters for insurance, in-person or virtual sessions, scheduling, and any therapist preferences you already know.
Grace reviews the current TheraSuites profiles and identifies the therapists who are most likely to match those needs.
You choose who feels right to contact. The therapist follows up directly about fit, availability, and next steps.
Grace created this form so TheraSuites can learn about your needs, scheduling, insurance, and provider preferences.
Take a look around before your first visit. We want arriving at TheraSuites to feel simple, comfortable, and a little more like coming somewhere you already know.
From the entrance to the rooms where therapists meet with clients, these photos are here to help you know the place before you arrive.
